In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Stowe Raiders basketball team scored a close 47-44 triumph over the Oxbow Olympians.

The Raiders (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hazen (Hardwick, VT). The Wildcats go into the Mountain contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Hazen was tipped by Montpelier (Montpelier, VT), 81-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Olympians battle the Northfield Marauders (Northfield, VT) in a Freelance contest, on Wednesday, February 12. Oxbow will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record.
