In Friday's league contest, the visiting St. Clair Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 42-39 triumph over the Sullivan Eagles.

The Bulldogs (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against New Haven (New Haven, MO). The Shamrocks go into the Four Rivers contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, New Haven nipped Grandview (Hillsboro, MO), 59-56, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles confront the Northwest Lions (Cedar Hill, MO) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 10. Sullivan will attempt to better on its 1-13 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 5-7 record after their 60-54 league win over Affton (St. Louis, MO).
