The Midland Chemics basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Lapeer East Eagles to 31 in the Chemics non-league triumph on Friday.
The Chemics now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Powers Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11.
With the loss, Lapeer East falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Central (Bay City, MI) to confront the Wolves in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 0-5. Central lost 67-55 in their recent non-league game against Kearsley (Flint, MI)
