The Catonsville Comets basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Eastern Tech Mavericks to 35 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to Dundalk for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12. Catonsville will confront a Owls team coming off a 44-22 league win over Woodlawn (Baltimore, MD). The Owls record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Eastern Tech falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD) to confront the Golden Eagles in a Baltimore County 1 game on Monday, February 10. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-13.
