The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) and the host Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), observed Tiverton's basketball team overcome Coventry by a score of 55-40.

The Tigers (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Lions come into the Division II challenge with a 7-13 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln dropped by Rogers (Newport, RI), 34-17, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Oakers battle the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division II challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Coventry will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record.
