The Crescent Tigers basketball squad (Iva, SC), was crushed 62-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC)
With the victory, Seneca advances its record to 11-12 on the year. The Bobcats host Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC) to meet the Devildogs in a AAAA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Devildogs enter the battle with a record of 15-9. Travelers Rest lost 67-29 in their recent league battle against Daniel (Central, SC)
The Tigers now own a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pendleton for a AAA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, February 11. Crescent will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-33 league win over Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-17.
