The Pitkin Tigers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Florien Blackcats to 54 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 19-15 record. They play next when they travel to Hicks for a B District 4 game on Tuesday, February 11. Pitkin will confront a Pirates team coming off a 54-48 league loss to Anacoco (Anacoco, LA). The Pirates record now stands at 13-20.

With the loss, Florien falls to 19-13 on the campaign. The Blackcats host Simpson (Simpson, LA) to confront the Broncos in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 35-2. Simpson won 73-40 in their recent league game against Evans (Evans, LA)
