Indiana High School Basketball - Peru holds off West Lafayette

February 7, 2025: Peru, IN 46970

The Peru Tigers basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting West Lafayette Red Devils to 36 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Maconaquah for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Peru will confront a Braves team coming off a 55-40 non-league win over Western (Russiaville, IN). The Braves record now stands at 15-8.

With the loss, West Lafayette falls to 6-17 on the campaign. The Red devils host Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 4. The Knights go into the game with a record of 22-4.
