In Friday's non-league contest, the host Elizabeth Cardinals basketball team scored a big 60-38 win over the Weld Central Rebels.
The Cardinals (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Falcon (Falcon, CO). The Falcons come into the contest with a 12-1 record.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Fort Morgan Mustangs (Fort Morgan, CO) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 12. Weld Central will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record.
