In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Nandua Warriors basketball team scored a big 49-21 triumph over the Middlesex Chargers.

The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chincoteague (Chincoteague, VA). The Ponies go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Chincoteague was trounced by Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA), 46-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Middlesex will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 37-5 non-league loss to West Point (West Point, VA).
