Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets (Beverly Hills, MI) and the host Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI), saw Detroit Country Day's basketball squad overcome Lincoln Park by a tally of 59-49.
With the victory, Detroit Country Day improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Loyola (Detroit, MI) to confront the Bull Dogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 15. The Bull Dogs come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Loyola won 63-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI)
Next up, the Railsplitters confront the Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI) in a Downriver challenge, on Friday, February 11. Lincoln Park will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 51-50 league win over Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI).
