Colorado High School Basketball - Stanton County winner over Springfield

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS) basketball squad felled the host Springfield Longhorns (Springfield, CO), by a margin of 55-47.

The Trojans (6-10) will now prepare for their outing against Goodland (Goodland, KS). The Cowboys go into the non-league outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, Goodland was beaten by Colby (Colby, KS), 62-51, in a non-league outing.

The Longhorns now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Walsh for a 2A/1A Arkansas Valley outing on Thursday, February 10. Springfield will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 79-25 non-league loss to Granada (Granada, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 0-15.
