The Lewis-Palmer Rangers basketball team (Monument, CO), was nudged 22-20 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO)

The Trojans now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine Creek for a battle on Saturday, February 12. Fountain-Fort Carson will confront a Eagles team coming off a 32-21 league win over Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 11-2.

The Rangers (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets come into the battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Air Academy edged Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO), 25-19, in a league battle.
