Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Dalton Academy Pumas (Dalton, GA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians confront the Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Friday, February 11. Chattooga will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 5-0 league win over Coosa (Rome, GA).
The Pumas now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host North Murray for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 10. Dalton Academy will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-2.
