East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA), 6-4 in a non-league test.
The Indians now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host North Oconee for a non-league test on Thursday, February 10.
In their next game, the Knights face the Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a 1A-5A Area 2 test, on Thursday, February 10. Midtown will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA).
