Michigan High School Basketball - Britton Deerfield can't hold off Milan

The Milan Big Reds basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Britton Deerfield Patriots to 58 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Big Reds now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary Catholic Central for a Huron contest on Friday, February 10. Milan will battle a Falcons/Kestrels team coming off a 64-50 league loss to Airport (Carleton, MI). The Falcons/Kestrels record now stands at 6-9.

The Patriots (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Erie-Mason (Erie, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record.
