California High School Basketball - Fontana knocked off by Esperanza

The Esperanza Aztecs basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Fontana Steelers to 37 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Aztecs now sport a 18-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mark Keppel for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Esperanza will battle a Aztecs team coming off a 83-39 non-league win over Bethel Christian (Riverside, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 20-8.

This game is a part of the 2023 CIF Southern Section Boys' Basketball Championships (California) - Division 4AA tournament
