In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Pennington Red Raiders (Pennington, NJ), by a margin of 58-56.
The Fords (12-12) will now prepare for their outing against Episcopal Academy (Newtown Square, PA). The Churchmen go into the Inter-Academic outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Episcopal Academy got by Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA), 66-51, in a non-league outing.
The Red Raiders now own a 11-11 record.
