The Buchanan Bucks basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Paw Paw Red Wolves to 51 in the Bucks non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bucks now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berrien Springs for a Lakeland contest on Friday, February 10. Buchanan will meet a Shamrocks team coming off a 46-38 non-league win over Constantine (Constantine, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 6-10.
The Red Wolves (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Plainwell (Plainwell, MI). The Trojans enter the Wolverine B contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Plainwell was nudged by Watervliet (Watervliet, MI), 48-40, in a non-league contest.
