The Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds ice hockey squad scored 7 points and restricted the host Varsity Opponent to 5 in the Firebirds non-league victory on Wednesday.

With the victory, Holy Ghost Prep moves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Firebirds host La Salle College (Wyndmoor, PA) to face the Explorers in a contest on Monday, February 13. The Explorers go into the contest with a record of 6-3. La Salle College won 5-2 in their recent league contest against Hun (Princeton, NJ)

The now sport a 16-39 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stone Bridge for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Varsity Opponent will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
