The Anamosa Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and held the host West Liberty Comets to 49 in the Raiders league triumph on Thursday.

The Raiders now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beckman for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. Anamosa will meet a Trailblazers team coming off a 48-45 non-league win over Bellevue (Bellevue, IA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 5-16.

The Comets (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Tipton (Tipton, IA). The Tigers enter the River Valley contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Tipton was outscored by Mediapolis (Mediapolis, IA), 63-47, in a non-league contest.
