The West Marshall Trojans basketball team (State Center, IA), dropped 59-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Anamosa Raiders (Anamosa, IA)

The Raiders now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Liberty for a River Valley battle on Thursday, February 8. Anamosa will battle a Comets team coming off a 54-39 league loss to Regina (Iowa City, IA). The Comets record now stands at 8-13.

The Trojans (5-16) will now prepare for their battle against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 6-14 record. In their last battle, East Marshall prevailed over AGWSR (Ackley, IA), 75-41, in a league battle.
