Nebraska High School Basketball - Southern Valley topped by Dundy County-Stratton

February 8, 2024: Oxford, NE 68967

The Dundy County-Stratton Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Southern Valley Eagles to 48 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alliance for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Dundy County-Stratton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 79-49 non-league loss to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-15.

The Eagles (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Axtell (Axtell, NE). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 14-6 record.

Southern Valley

Congratulations to #5 Rian Grove for being selected the Southern Valley Basketball Player of the Game.
