South Dakota High School Basketball - Faulkton can't hold off Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven]

The Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Faulkton Trojans to 51 in the Battlers league triumph on Thursday.

The Battlers now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimball/White Lake for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] will battle a Wildkats team coming off a 54-50 non-league loss to Burke (Burke, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 4-12.

The Trojans (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Langford (Langford, SD). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-16 record. In their last contest, Langford was nudged by Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] (Rosholt, SD), 56-27, in a non-league contest.
