The Red Lake County Central Mustangs basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Fosston Greyhounds to 62 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 21-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Red Lake County Central will battle a Northern Freeze team coming off a 77-62 non-league win over Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Northern Freeze record now stands at 13-7.

The Greyhounds (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Stephen-Argyle Central (Stephen, MN). The Storm come into the A Section 8 contest with a 6-20 record. In their last contest, Stephen-Argyle Central was defeated by Crookston (Crookston, MN), 58-55, in a non-league contest.
