New Haven Shamrocks (New Haven, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Missouri Military Academy Fighting Colonels (Mexico, MO), 49-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Haven upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Shamrocks travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, MO) to play the Eagles in a Four Rivers bout on Friday, February 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-18. Sullivan lost 51-29 in their recent league bout against St. James (St. James, MO)

Next up, the Fighting Colonels play the Christian School District Eagles (O'Fallon, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Missouri Military Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record.
