In Thursday's non-league outing, the Newark Charter School Patriots (Newark, DE) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wilmington Charter Force (Wilmington, DE), by a margin of 66-40.
The Patriots (4-13) will now prepare for their outing against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, Indian River was trounced by Early College (Dover, DE), 73-39, in a league outing.
