The Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ) basketball nipped the host Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ), 50-46 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Minutemen (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Gloucester Catholic got by Salem (Salem, NJ), 64-41, in a league test.
The Wolverines now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Buena for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Woodstown will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 64-24 non-league loss to Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-21.
