Canton C-Hawks (Canton, SD) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD), 51-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Canton upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The C-Hawks host Madison (Madison, SD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 3-13. Madison won 66-53 in their recent non-league bout against Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Viborg/Hurley Cougars (Viborg, SD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Baltic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 47-46 non-league win over McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD).
