Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Carrington Cardinals (Carrington, ND) and the host Lisbon Broncos (Lisbon, ND), saw Carrington's basketball squad knock off Lisbon by a count of 46-28.

With the victory, Carrington upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND) to play the Indians in a A Region 2 challenge on Monday, February 12. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 8-9.

Next up, the Broncos play the Kindred Vikings (Kindred, ND) in a A Region 1 match, on Tuesday, February 13. Lisbon will attempt to move on its 4-18 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 17-5 record after their 71-40 league win over Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND).
