Alaska High School Basketball - Hutchison ripped by Nunamiut

The Nunamiut Amaguq basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Hutchison Hawks to 20 in the Amaguq non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Amaguq now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Nunamiut will battle a team coming off a 36-28 non-league loss to Birchwood Christian (Chugiak, AK). The record now stands at 116-218.
The Hawks (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK). The Rams enter the 3A Aurora contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Monroe Catholic triumphed over Service (Anchorage, AK), 43-33, in a non-league contest.
