The Wilmot Wolves (Wilmot, SD) basketball knocked off the visiting Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD), 58-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wolves (4-15) will now prepare for their test against Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD). The Wambdi go into the non-league test with a 1-16 record. In their last test, Tiospa Zina went down by Sisseton (Sisseton, SD), 51-13, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they host Sunshine Bible Academy for a B Region 6 test on Friday, February 9. Ipswich will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 56-28 non-league loss to Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-12.
