Connecticut High School Basketball - Kaynor Tech can't hold off Wilcox RVT

The Wilcox RVT Wildcats basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Kaynor Tech Panthers to 47 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy of the Holy Family for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Wilcox RVT will battle a Marists team coming off a 45-23 non-league loss to Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT). The Marists record now stands at 0-1.
The Panthers (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT). The Hawks enter the Connecticut Technical contest with a 1-15 record. In their last contest, Vinal RVT was nudged by Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT), 43-7, in a league contest.
