In Thursday's non-league outing, the Poplar Bluff Mules (Poplar Bluff, MO) basketball squad beat the host Malden Green Wave (Malden, MO), by a margin of 61-45.
The Mules (6-12) will now prepare for their outing against Dexter (Dexter, MO). The Bearcats go into the Southeast Missouri outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Dexter defeated Central (Cape Girardeau, MO), 68-32, in a league outing.
