In Thursday's league outing, the Wakefield Cardinals (Wakefield, MI) basketball squad felled the host Ontonagon Gladiators (Ontonagon, MI), by a margin of 52-37.

The Cardinals (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Johnston (Bessemer, MI). The Speedboys go into the Freelance outing with a 6-9 record.
