Republic Tigers (Republic, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Webb City Cardinals (Webb City, MO), 51-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Republic upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Neosho (Neosho, MO) to play the Wildcats in a Central Ozarks bout on Thursday, February 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Neosho lost 72-36 in their recent league bout against Carl Junction (Carl Junction, MO)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO) in a Central Ozarks bout, on Monday, February 12. Webb City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-14 record after their 60-32 league loss to Willard (Willard, MO).
