With the win, Deep Creek upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Hornets travel to Lakeland (Suffolk, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 5-7.

Next up, the Tigers play the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Oscar Smith will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-15 record after their 46-15 non-league loss to Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA).
