The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ) and the visiting Youngker Roughriders (Buckeye, AZ), saw Desert Edge's soccer squad knock off Youngker by a margin of 4-2.
The Scorpions now sport a 17-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cienega for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 14. Desert Edge will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, Youngker drops to 8-7 on the season.
