In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Moorpark Musketeers soccer squad scored a close 4-1 triumph over the Redondo Union Sea Hawks.
The Musketeers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Westlake (Westlake Village, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Westlake nudged Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
