The New Life Christian Academy Warriors basketball team (Rocky Mount, NC), was overwhelmed 45-13 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Community Christian Cyclones (Wilson, NC)

The Cyclones now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a battle on Monday, February 12. Community Christian will battle a Tigers team coming off a 20-18 league loss to New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 2-12.

The Warriors (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Pamlico Christian Academy (Grantsboro, NC). The Mariners come into the non-league battle with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Pamlico Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Gramercy Christian (Newport, NC), 35-33, in a non-league battle.
