The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Beach Buccaneers (Beach, ND) and the host New Salem Holsteins (New Salem, ND), observed Beach's basketball team overwhelm New Salem by a score of 70-46.

The Buccaneers (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Richardton-Taylor (Richardton, ND). The Raiders come into the B District 7 challenge with a 5-10 record.

In their next game, the Holsteins encounter the Belfield Bantams (Belfield, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. New Salem will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Bantams come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 48-46 league win over Richardton-Taylor (Richardton, ND).
