The Carroll Tigers bounced the host Denison-Schleswig Monarchs basketball squad by a final score of 71-32 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA) in a Raccoon River outing, on Tuesday, February 11. Carroll will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Comets come into the outing with a 8-11 record after their 63-48 non-league loss to Pella (Pella, IA).

The Monarchs (2-15) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league outing with a 2-16 record. In their last outing, Jefferson was overwhelmed by Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA), 78-56, in a league outing.
