In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Cleveland Central Catholic Ironmen basketball team scored a big 80-40 triumph over the East Tech Scarabs.
The Ironmen (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Garfield Heights (Garfield Heights, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Garfield Heights smashed Warrensville Heights (Warrensville, OH), 66-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Scarabs confront the Maple Heights Mustangs (Maple Heights, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. East Tech will attempt to better on its 7-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 9-9 record after their 60-53 league loss to Bedford (Bedford, OH).
