The Eastern Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Southeastern Panthers to 54 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 17-2 record. They play next when they host Northwest for a Southern Ohio II game on Tuesday, February 11. Eastern will confront a Mohawks team coming off a 56-51 non-league loss to Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH). The Mohawks record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, Southeastern falls to 14-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Southern (Racine, OH) to confront the Tornadoes in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Tornadoes go into the game with a record of 16-3. Southern won 56-27 in their recent non-league match against Miller (Corning, OH)
