Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Elwood Panthers (Elwood, IN), 79-63 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Tri-Central upgrades its record to 8-10 on the year. The Trojans host Taylor (Kokomo, IN) to face the Titans in a Hoosier Heartland match on Friday, February 14. The Titans enter the match with a record of 13-3.

The Panthers now sport a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to GEO Next Generation for a non-league match on Monday, February 10. Elwood will face a Eagles squad coming off a 47-36 non-league loss to Indiana Math & Science Academy North (Indianapolis, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.
