The Flasher Bulldogs basketball squad (Flasher, ND), was outscored 72-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Washburn Cardinals (Washburn, ND)
With the victory, Washburn advances its record to 13-5 on the year. The Cardinals travel to New Salem (New Salem, ND) to meet the Holsteins in a B District 8 battle on Thursday, February 13. The Holsteins enter the battle with a record of 6-12.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] for a B District 7 battle on Monday, February 10. Flasher will meet a squad coming off a 106-49 non-league loss to Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND). The record now stands at 2-14.
