The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Texhoma Red Devils (Texhoma, OK) and the host Granite (Granite, OK), observed Texhoma's basketball team overcome Granite by a margin of 78-69.
The Red Devils (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Deer Creek-Lamont (Lamont, OK). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 20-3 record. In their last challenge, Deer Creek-Lamont defeated Varnum (Seminole, OK), 63-62, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the battle the Balko Bison (Balko, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 8. Granite will attempt to better on its 21-5 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 62-54 non-league win over Texhoma (Texhoma, OK).
