In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting River Rouge Panthers basketball team scored a good 69-52 triumph over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Panthers (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 11-7 record.
In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Ferndale Eagles (Ferndale, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Grosse Pointe South will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 7-13 record after their 53-52 league loss to North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI).
