Illinois High School Basketball - Johnston City succumbs to Hardin County

The Hardin County Cougars defeated the host Johnston City Indians basketball squad by a final score of 77-62 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cougars clash with the Century Centurions (Ullin, IL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, February 10. Hardin County will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Centurions come into the outing with a 18-9 record after their 61-52 non-league win over Pope County (Golconda, IL).

The Indians (8-16) will now prepare for their outing against Christopher (Christopher, IL). The Bearcats come into the Black Diamond - West outing with a 13-12 record. In their last outing, Christopher was defeated by Goreville (Goreville, IL), 80-41, in a league outing.
