The Johnston Dragons basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Norwalk Warriors to 41 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Dragons now have a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. Johnston will confront a Tigers team coming off a 73-61 non-league win over Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Norwalk falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Warriors host Newton (Newton, IA) to confront the Cardinals in a Little Hawkeye game on Tuesday, February 11. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 9-8. Newton won 52-48 in their recent league game against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA)
